This form is intended to be used to book meetinghouses for all Stake, Multi-Stake and Private events.
For all local Ward events contact your bishop directly.
In order to book equipment, a Hall, classroom, or the whole meeting house fill in the form below.

Before the request is booked the agent Bishop of that meetinghouse or his designated authority will get back to you. You will be notified if your request has been approved or rejected.  If the booking has been approved the booking will also appear on the Fairfield Stake calendar so that no one else can make a booking at that time slot.
